Suzane and Noah

This wedding was back on January 22nd. Leanna of Photography by Leanna hired me to work part of this long weekend wedding. I worked about 6 hours that Saturday. Leanna worked something like 16 on this one. It was an African wedding, and it was long, colorful, fun, and did I say long? My 6 hours was spent doing some of the formals (especially of the guys) and then the reception. The reception had lots of dancing (more like marching) and clapping. I have tons of shoots to work on today, so not much time to spend on this one. So here they are!

My 15 Year Olds

My daughter Kt, and her best friend Kaya (who is like a daughter to me) wanted a photo shoot for one of their birthday gifts. They were born on January 22nd, 41 minutes apart, at the same hospital. Us moms knew each other while pregnant too.

Anyways, the girls came up with their outfits, some cute and some a bit strange. They also came up with many of their poses. This was just for fun-- they are spirited, happy freshman. We only had about an hour and a half for this shoot-- it was quick but fun!

This next one is my favorite of my daughter Kt. It shows her personality to a 't'.

Can you tell Kaya is a cheerleader? She can get some height!!!

Anyone remember the Wonder Twins? This reminds me of that...

Just finished designing this album and I love it! This was one of my favorite weddings of all time...of course part of that is because my favorite place to be is at the beach. But also because this bride and groom and I just clicked so well. The last few shots were from their 'trash the dress' shoot the morning after their wedding. They wanted the 'trash the dress' on the beach and the only time that would work for them was the morning after their wedding (ouch!) But they were troopers, out there with me at 9am. Just had to share this album...it was designed (by me personally) with a lot of love and is filled with a lot of love!
