Pre and Post Stork

This is one of my favorite wedding couples from a few years ago. In mid April, I photographed their maternity portraits. And about a week ago, I photographed their newborn daughter. She was a challenge because all she wanted to do while I was there was eat, and then eat some more! But we managed to get a few cute baby shots in between feedings. This will be neat to see the before and after!

Little Miss Elizabeth

Back in March, I did a maternity shoot of Sarah and Eric (one of my past bride and grooms). So I have photographed them a few times now. But this time we included one month old Elizabeth. She was the perfect model baby, awake part of the time for portraits and asleep part of the time for the artsy shots. We had tried to do newborn photos, but our schedules both kept getting in the way. But one month old is still new and beautiful and miraculous. She just had grown like a weed in that first month!

John, Class of 2010

John is a high school senior who just graduated from Moon Valley High School. He is a football player that is in to tattoos. At first he seemed shy to me, but by the end of the shoot, he had opened up and we were comfortable together. This was a total last minute shoot, but it was one of my favorite of the season-- we had a great time!

The Stork Is Coming Soon!

Will and Nadia are one of my favorite wedding couples. I photographed their engagement photos first, then their wedding in New York, and some wedding portraits in Arizona, too. Recently I photographed their maternity photos. Nadia is due at the end of June I believe. I hope to then photograph their newborn photos as well (hint hint you guys)! Here are a few of my favorite belly shots...pregnant bellies are so beautiful!

Waterfall Romance...

This engagement shoot was from May 1st. Rachal and Jeff are getting married August 14th at the Arizona Grand Resort. They suggested this waterfall area for part of the shoot, and I knew where they were talking about-- had shot there once before. They brought their little pug, who loved my kitty cat meow's. I can't remember his name, May has just been that crazy that I can't remember a name from 2 weeks ago. Anyways, we had fun that morning, and were lucky that the wind didn't pick up until hours after the shoot. Here are our non-Arizona looking photos...

The famous "Love" sign...

Lindsay and Austtin wanted to do their engagement photos at Scottsdale Civic Center because Austtin proposed at the "Love" sign there. I know the place well, so we met there at the end of April for a shoot. Their wedding is November 5th at the Moon Valley Country Club. Can't wait until November! They definately exuberate 'being in love'!
