High School Senior Portraits

Today I had fun doing a senior shoot.
I love photographing high schoolers
because it is rejuvenating to me.
They have so much energy and attitude.
This afternoon's shoot was with Carl.
He knew how to give me a variety of
expressions which was great. I enjoyed
spending time with Carl and his mom,
Jennifer. Thank you both of you!

April 11, 2009.

Nikole and Dustin had their ceremony
and reception at Aunt Chilada's. We

did the formal photos at Squaw Peak

Pointe. This was a partially rainy day,

which made us change plans a bit.

We tried shooting outside for a while,

until the drizzle got heavier. So we

had to move inside for the group shots.

Their ceremony was to be on

an outdoor patio, so they had a huge

tent put up to keep us dry. The rain

didn't affect the mood and attitudes--

even Nikole, our bride, took it in stride.

Their son, Mikey, was mesmorized by

the chocolate fountain.

It was a flexible and fun wedding!

April 4, 2009.

Heather and Shawn spent their amazing day

at the Boojum Tree in North Phoenix.

Heather's dress was kind of a champagne color

and the style was to die for! Everything went

according to schedule and was truly beautiful.

I saw Heather again a week later at her

friend's wedding, where she was a bridesmaid!

Lately I have been doing a ton of engagements. I was

Me on T.V.!

Tomorrow (20th) morning I will be on the show Get Married.   It is on the Lifetime channel.    It airs at 8:30 am Arizona time.    It may be at 7:30 am for other states.     It is an interview about photography and photo albums.

It also airs again on March 24th, April 1st, and April 28th at the same time same channel.

Keep in mind that I am not a professional speaker!   I am a photographer that just happened to be lucky to get on the Get Married show!   I haven't seen this yet, so I have no idea of how I did.

I am an Auntie!

On February 2nd, my sister-in-law gave birth to my new niece, Sarah Renee. She is the first child of my brother, Will, and Kendra. I went down to see them all in Tucson on February 4th. They just send me these photos they took for me. Sarah is so sweet! I got my baby fix while in Tucson!
