These are from a month ago, but just getting to blogging them. Ashley's parents are interested in getting her into modeling. These are to send to some of the valley's agencies. Ashley definitely knew how to work the camera! She has amazing green eyes!
This is an engagement shoot that I did a few weeks ago. So busy that i am just now getting to it. They turned out adorable though! We had originally planned on Tempe Town Lake and Mill Ave. Little did we know, there was an ASU vs UofA game that night. Tempe was crazy busy. So we went to Papago Park and did real well there. We shot some with and without their son, Gavin. He is a little cutie pie! Then we finished it off at Tempe Market Place, which was busy but room enough for us. We had drinks, chatted, and then shot a few with drinks and the fire pit. They are getting married in the March at Villa Sienna.
This next one is hillarious-- I instructed them to put their cheeks together...guess I should be more specific next time? Ha ha! This shot will be a great option for the photo cover on the guestbook-- it will wrap around the front and back cover... Did I mention that I love fire? Fun to shoot and fun to build a fire too!
This is my 11-11-11 wedding. I have been so busy that I am just now getting to the weddings from that weekend... but these images are worth the wait! Aminah and Bernard and family were so easy to spend time with on their day. And they have such sense of style, for starters the Ritz Carlton was their venue. And Aminah's dress and shoes were so classic and fabulous! The aisle was created from slats of bamboo, I believe that is what they said it was, and it was such a great, unique look. And the dinner was one of the best wedding meals I have ever had!
If only it wasn't all done, because I would love to photograph the two of them getting married again and again! Congratulations Aminah and Bernard! Thank you again for your patience on these highlights. Enjoy! They chose to see eachother before the ceremony, so that they could have the ceremony right before sunset, and so the could enjoy the cocktail hour along with their guests...
