Shannon and Clay

Yesterday was the wedding of Shannon and Clay.
It went so great and according to schedule, because
They included a lot of neat details in their wedding,
like a basket of flip flops by the dance floor, and stones
with each guests name IN them (see photo below).
It was a fun day. Family and friends were great to work
with. Congratulations to Shannon and Clay!!!

A couple of these images below were taken by my second
shooter, Ana Counts. She was a BIG help to me yesterday!

Abby and Ben

This is a shoot from yesterday afternoon. Abigail and Benjamin
are six month old twins. For the first 30 minutes or so,
they were content and in to having their pictures taken.
Then Ben got tired and Abby got hungry. So our session
ran a bit short, but we got the following adorable shots while
we could.

Nadia and Will in Utica, New York!

A week ago, I had the pleasure of photographing a wedding in Utica, NewYork which is in upstate New York. Nadia and Will are from Arizona, but wanted to get married in New York. Utica had some cold rainy weather while we were there. Before the ceremony, we were able to go outside for some photos, but we froze our butts off doing it. During the ceremony, it started to pour outside along with heavy winds. So we weren't able to go outside after the ceremony. But regardless, we got some amazing photos. The camera loves Nadia. Will however doesn't like having his picture taken, but he looked dapper in front of the camera. It was a long journey, but Ana (my second shooter) and I loved every minute of it! Congratulations to Nadia and Will!

New York, here we come!

A week ago, I left for New York. I had a wedding in Utica,
which is upstate New York. My friend and fellow photographer,
Ana, accompanied me as my second shooter. The wedding
day was rained out about half way through, but the interior
of the hotel was beautiful. Then we travelled to New York
City and stayed there for 2 nights. We had a room with a great
view. We took advantage of the double decker tour bus
to see all of downtown, plus So Ho, Chinatown, Wall Street,
and much much more. It was a trip of a lifetime (my first
time to New York)!

The New York wedding photos will be on the blog in a few days or so.
