Allison & Kyle

Allison and Kyle planned their wedding a year in advance.
Their special day was this past weekend, June 20th.
It ended up being a weather worrisome day...drizzled on and off
the day before and day of their wedding. Fortunately
it dried up in time for the perfect ceremony out in the pines
at Little America Hotel. Their colors were red and tangerine
which made for a beautiful reception room. Allison and Kyle's
families and friends were so nice to work with that it was
almost not like working.

My friend and colleague, Ana Counts,
accompanied me to the wedding. She was a huge help that day!
We did work hard by running around and up and down stairs
getting 'the' shot throughout the day. Sometimes we were
together, but more so capturing seperate scenes.

Allison's sister, Amanda, is recently engaged and I
hope to have the honor of working with this group again!

This hotel was fabulous-- great room, service,
food. If you go to Flagstaff, this is the place to stay!

Congratulations Allison and Kyle! Ana and I really enjoyed
working with you all!

Here are just a few of my favorites from that special day.

Christina and Cameren say 'I do!'

I didn't even meet Christina and Cameren until the day
of their wedding. We got along so nicely that it didn't even
seem like we had just met. Their day went according to
schedule for the most part-- it was great! They saw
eachother before the ceremony, which really gave us a
lot of time for photos. Plus it seemed to take the stress
away, seeing eachother early in the day.
Congratulations Christina and Cameren!

A difference in Sedona...

Denise and Patrick's wedding was so different it was fun!
First, they had centerpieces that were made entirely of oragami
flowers-- they looked so neat in the vases! Second, Denise's dad
walked her down the aisle with a shotgun (she is expecting!)
Look closely for the shotgun on his arm! Third, instead of a huge
cake, they had a tower of petit fours. They were delicious (I had
to sample one!) Fourth, Denise's three daughters were the
bridesmaids.Fifth, they had a wedding crasher-- one of the
neighers decided to check out what all the music was about (see
the second to the last photo for the wedding crasher.)
It was a fun Sedona wedding that all took place in
Denise's parents' backyard-- what a backyard they have!
I wish the best for Patrick and Denise and their soon to be
family of six!
